Excetera Marketing was born not just from a desire to build a business—but from a deep commitment to doing good, and doing it differently.
In 2020, Excetera was inspired by Start With Why by Simon Sinek—a book that challenges leaders to build companies around purpose, not just profit. The message resonated deeply. Having worked in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer brand, the brand had firsthand experience collaborating with agencies across media buying, design, and web development. Yet too often, these partners lacked a deep understanding of e-commerce and its unique growth challenges.

Believing in specialisation over generalisation, Excetera was founded—an agency focused solely on helping e-commerce brands scale through data-driven, performance-led strategies. No generic solutions. Just sharp, focused execution that delivers results.

But Excetera was always meant to be more than just a marketing agency.
